I hope the holidays found you doing well and staying on your diets! Well, okay then, at least you practiced portion control?!? LOL

I may have slipped in those areas a time or two, but nothing like I did years past. I’m kinda afraid to get on the scales because I felt like I’ve gained a few pounds. Not a real problem as I’m sure they’ll melt off as soon as I get back to my regular workouts and diet.

I’m still trying to decide what to do about this site, it’s going to stay here and I think I’ll keep everyone posted on my weight loss as well as trying to help others. So feel free to post comments if you have questions!
