Well, week 7 turned out to be one of my favorite weeks on The Biggest Loser.

This week the Biggest Loser teams were disbanded and reformed into 4 teams of 3.

The contestants were’nt real happy about it, but they had to know it was coming? I mean, it isn’t like it does’t happen every year!

The contestants were allowed to continue training with the trainer of their choice. As expected, all chose their original trainer except Amy.

Seems Amy felt like Kim tried to throw her under the bus last week when the Red Team lost the weigh in. They had a few more words this week and Amy went off to train with Jillian. A lot of good it did too, Amy lost a whopping…oh wait…Amy didn’t lose any weight this week!

Neil Pulls Off the Season Shocker This Week on The Biggest Loser

However, Amy and Kim’s little tiff wasn’t this weeks biggest shocker. The biggest shocker came at the weigh in where Neil gained 17 pounds. That’s right, Neil gained 17 pounds!

Everyone’s jaw hit the floor in disbelief.

However, a little while after the weigh in, under some detailed hounding by Hollie, Neil let it slip that a gallon of water weighed a little less than 9 pounds.

Hollie immediately asked how he knew what a gallon of water weighed. Neil hesitated just a little too long.

BUSTED!

Most of the other contestants weren’t real thrilled with the truth. Even Jillian chided Neil.

It appears that the Blue Team had a plan that Neil would gain weight and cause his Trio to lose the weigh in, where they would then target one of Neil’s trio members for elimination.

The plan worked beutifully as the contestants elected to send Jez home.

I have to say Neil, that took some balls! And to have pulled it off! Who else could have gained 17 pounds, have their plan uncovered and then NOT get eliminated?

Neil, you the Man!

Plus, this could be a doubled edged Sword. Since most of Neils weight loss was from water, it’ll be fairly easy to lose in the upcoming week. I look for Neil to have a huge weight loss next week. I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t a 20+ pound weight loss!

As Neil said, “Game On”

There was also another minor announcement on The Biggest Loser this week. There is now a The Biggest Loser branded Bow Flex machine. I wonder how this differs from the regular bow flex machine? LOL Perhaps all those The Biggest Loser decals make it more valuable? :)

I can’t wait to see what happens next week!
