Do any of you die hard Biggest Loser viewers remember David Fioravanti from Season one. He was from Boston. He was the one who won 100k.
Well, it seems that Mr. Fioravanti has gotten himself into a little trouble concerning Insurance fraud. It’s alleged that he keeps insuring the same jewelry over and over with different insurance companies. Then filing a claim when they’re “stolen”.
The authorities have finally caught on to the alleged scheme and now David Fioravanti will be arraigned Nov. 4 in Court.
You can read the whole story here. I guess that $100k didn’t go too far. And after hiring a lawyer and fighting this wrap, I will guarantee you he’ll probably owe $100k! Looks like he’s The Biggest Loser in more ways than one.

1That’s funny. I don’t understand why we hear about people winning a good chunk of money, and then getting in to financial trouble. Remember the guy from survivor? It must be that when you are not used to having money, and then suddenly you have a large sum all at once, you don’t know how to handle it. Then when it runs out, you want MORE!!!!
