First we had The Biggest Loser here in the good ole USA, then came The Biggest Loser Australia. Now I found The Biggest Loser Show in India!”> It won’t be long until we have The Biggest Loser International Show!

This just goes to show that people the world over are fed up with being fat. Many want to lose weight and become healthy but do not know how. Shows like The Biggest Loser gives them hope and shows them how to lose weight and keep it off.

I enjoyed reading the contestant bio’s on The Biggest Loser India. Also, the diets and comments were very interesting as well. It’s strange to see how other cultures and countries deal with being overweight. They can be so different yet the solution is the same.

I’m not going to pretend that I understand the language, cause I don’t, but watching some of the recap video’s, I understand exactly what the message is!

There was one recap video that really caught my attention (episode 8). Apparently two of the contestants were getting a little “close” in the bed when another female contestant walks in. I don’t know what the exact words were said, but I did understand the message she was trying to get across! There are some things that need no language to understand!
