Week 5 - Season 5 of The Biggest Loser

I love TiVo! I was finally able to watch Week 5 of Season 5 of The Biggest Loser and boy was it a good one! I have to say, Season 5 of The Biggest Loser has been one of the best for me. It ranks right up there with Season 2 when Matt and Suzy were on The Biggest Loser.

Once again, The Biggest Loser show was very interesting to say the least.

This weeks show started off by other teams deciding which team they wanted to send home. It came down to the Pink Team to decide who would be sent home and they chose the Yellow Team.

Then Alyson sprung a surprise on the teams. It was the other 6 Teams against the Yellow Team this week. The Yellow Team had to have a greater percentage of weight loss than the combined percentage of weight loss of the other 6 teams combined.

The Biggest Loser Show’s Doctor Has The Magic Pill For Weight Loss

In an interview with a reporter from the St. Louis Dispatch, the doctor for The Biggest Loser Show said that the show was not realistic and should only be watched for its entertainment value.

In a Q & A session where Doctor Rob Huizenga, the doctor on The Biggest Loser, the good doctor was pitching his new book along with answering questions from the newspaper reporter.

I happen to find these Free online workout video’s from Jillian Michaels the other day on AOL. They’re workout video’s from AOL starring our favorite trainer, Jillian Michaels. Right now there is only a few of these video’s available, but as I understand it, as time goes on Jillian will make more and they’ll be posted over on AOL Body. A recent study suggest that women who stick with the wildly popular Mediterranean Diet during pregnancy, may not only be healthier, but give birth to babies who have a better chance of not gettng childhood asthma and allergies. That should be enough reason to stick to the Mediterranean diet don’t you think?

Previous studies have shown the advantages of the Mediterranean Diet when fighting Rheumatoid Arthritis and Diabetes.
