Jillian Michaels leads searches on the Internet nearly 10 times over the other two Biggest Loser trainers, Bob and Kim, combined! That should settle any discussion on who is America’s favorite trainer on The Biggest Loser! For those who have been under a rock or recently found out about The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels was a Biggest Loser trainer for the Red team until last year. Last year she was replaced by Kim Lyons although she did continue training the Australian Biggest Losers.

Jillian Michaels - Why is She America’s Favorite Trainer on The Biggest Loser?

jillian michaelsIt’s no secret that Jillian Michaels has been my favorite trainer on The Biggest Loser. While I respect Bob Harper and Kim Lyons for the work they’ve done, I always felt like Jillian’s style fit me better than the others.

I believe a big part of Jillians popularity is not only is she easy on th eyes, but that she is tough when she needs to be and comforting at other times. She seems to have a knack of knowing when someone needs a swift kick in the pants and when someone needs a hug. She’s just so full of energy and she can motivate people. She knows when they’re at their breaking point and believes in her clients, even if they don’t believe in their self. She pushes people to achieve goals they never thought they could reach on their own. I think these are the reasons she’s so wildly popular!

If you haven’t heard yet, Jillian will be the trainer of the secret “Black Team” this year on The Biggest Loser. While Bob trains the Blue Team and Kim Trains the Red Team, Jillian Michaels will be secretly training a Black Team. Can’t wait to see this!

Jillian Michaels Biography

Jillian was overweight as a child and teenager. It wasn’t until she was an adult when she was enrolled into a martial arts class that the pounds started to come off. Her life changed after this and she was devoted to helping other young people to lose weight and keep it off. Not only that, she has helped many people transform their unhealthy lives into strong and healthy ones.

Jillian Michales has held two personal trainng certificates since 1993. Along with those, Jillian also has a black belt in martial arts. No wonder this lady is one tough cookie! (a low fat cookie at that :) )

Jillian Michaels - Trainer, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, DVD Producer and Author…Did I Miss Anything?

Ever since Season 1 of The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels has showed us how to lose weight and keep it off through diet and exercise. Her seemingly unending energy and focus has inspired many of us to get up off the couch and improve our health through weight loss. (as has Bob and to a lesser extent Kim)

Jillian Michaels went on to write her “secrets” to losing weight and transforming your life in her first book “Winning by Losing: Drop the Weight, Change Your Life” (which I highly recommend!)

Jillian has also produced a line of wildly popular Workout DVD’s that lays out her approach for losing weight and improving your life through diet and exercise. These DVD’s are filled with nutritional advice and workout techniques for those of us who workout at home.

The first one is called “The Biggest Winner - How to Win by Losing: Maximize - Full Frontal (Abs, Thighs, Shoulders, Triceps, Chest, Hips, Nutrition)” and then her second successful workout DVD is title: “The Biggest Winner - How to Win by Losing: Maximize - Back in Action (Butt, Back, Abs, Hamstrings, Biceps, Nutrition)“. Once you own these DVD’s, you’ll be able to see why her Clients lose the weight and keep it off. They’re fun and informative like so many other workout DVD’s AREN’T!

I can’t wait to see Jillian Michaels back on The Biggest Loser. It just wasn’t the same show without her!
