		<description>ever tried Matisse &#38; Jack's homemade energy bars? i think they renamed them power snacks. they are baking mixes that you add applesauce to, and bake, for your own energy bars. taste delicious (fresh!) but are easier to make and a good price.</description>

		<description>Nice to see all these recipes but I have to wonder... power bar or sugar bar. Some sound more like a kiddie snack and lack the nutrtition needed. I'll agree that they sure sound tasty but a couple I wouldn't eat on a daily basis.

The oat bars sound great but I would eliminate the chips mostly due to the fat factor. Just my opinion guys... the healthier the better.</description>
