The Biggest Loser Show Recaps PLUS Helpful Tips To Lose Weight

I happen to find these Free online workout video’s from Jillian Michaels the other day on AOL. They’re workout video’s from AOL starring our favorite trainer, Jillian Michaels. Right now there is only a few of these video’s available, but as I understand it, as time goes on Jillian will make more and they’ll be posted over on AOL Body. It’s not often that I buy a book on fitness and exercise, but when I read the testimonials and exerts from “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle“, I knew I had to try it even though I was skeptical at first.

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is not your typical book about losing weight. It’s actually geared toward the more advanced person who is looking to add muscle or maintain and tone their body. I’m sure it would work for people who are starting a weight loss program, but in my opinion, The Biggest Loser Workout books and DVD’s are better for beginners.

I found this interesting story online today about former Australian Contestants on The Biggest Loser Australia complaining about the lack of support they received from The Biggest Loser once they left the show.

As I read the story, I got the feeling that this is a widespread complaint with former contestants. I thought this was odd because if it was such a big problem, I think you’d certainly hear about it from the former U.S. contestants of The Biggest Loser as well. I haven’t heard a peep out of any former contestant saying the lack of support after they left the show caused them to regain their weight.

I have to admit it, I love those little packaged energy bars. Unfortunately for me there are two problems with them. They’re expensive and they contain a lot of fat and calories. I’ve been trying several homemade energy bar recipes and have come up with a few energy bar recipes that I like well. Yes, they’re still high in fat and calories, as compared to some other “health” food, but I’m active and use up the calories and fat.

The last “The Biggest Loser” blog carnival was such a success, I decided to hold another one. I hope everyone enjoys the great post that other bloggers have submitted. I know I learned quite a bit from the last blog carnival entries.

This group of entries looks like it will be just as interesting and useful.
