The Biggest Loser Show Recaps PLUS Helpful Tips To Lose Weight

Sorry for the delay in posting about Season 5 of The Biggest Loser. My family calls and I have to go help where I can!

Anyway, thanks to TiVo, I was able to watch all the episodes of Season 5 of The Biggest Loser. I have to say, in many ways, this was probably the most boring season ever, especially toward the end! I did like many of the Challenges and twist that The Biggest Loser Show threw at the contestants, but something just didn’t click for me this season.

Week 5 - Season 5 of The Biggest Loser

I love TiVo! I was finally able to watch Week 5 of Season 5 of The Biggest Loser and boy was it a good one! I have to say, Season 5 of The Biggest Loser has been one of the best for me. It ranks right up there with Season 2 when Matt and Suzy were on The Biggest Loser.

Once again, The Biggest Loser show was very interesting to say the least.

This weeks show started off by other teams deciding which team they wanted to send home. It came down to the Pink Team to decide who would be sent home and they chose the Yellow Team.

Then Alyson sprung a surprise on the teams. It was the other 6 Teams against the Yellow Team this week. The Yellow Team had to have a greater percentage of weight loss than the combined percentage of weight loss of the other 6 teams combined.

The Biggest Loser Show’s Doctor Has The Magic Pill For Weight Loss

In an interview with a reporter from the St. Louis Dispatch, the doctor for The Biggest Loser Show said that the show was not realistic and should only be watched for its entertainment value.

In a Q & A session where Doctor Rob Huizenga, the doctor on The Biggest Loser, the good doctor was pitching his new book along with answering questions from the newspaper reporter.

Week 3 of The Biggest Loser certainly was one of the better ones! We saw some dirty laundry aired out by a few of the couples.

Forget about me telling you how the show went, there’s other blogs you can get a blow-by-blow account of that!
