Unless you’ve just crawled from under a rock, you’ve heard about how effective the cabbage soup diet is in helping people lose weight.
The core of the cabbage soup diet is, well, cabbage. This diet works by consuming low calorie cabbage soup for a week. The cabbage soup diet has been around since about the 1980’s, helping people lose weight.
I don’t know a person on a diet that isn’t always looking for a helping hand from a supplements or technique. Supplements can aid us in loosing weight, but only if they are well researched. Downing supplements just because you think they might help can be dangerous.
By definition a supplement is something that accompanies something essential. But, in some cases, nutritional supplements can themselves be an essential part of a healthy nutrition regimen.
As you know from a previous post about The Biggest Loser Australia, I’m a big fan of the show down there also. I’ve tried to follow The Biggest Loser Australia for Season 2, but it’s pretty hard to do here in the states. What I did was watch YouTube clips.
I’m telling you we’re missing some great TV by not being able to get that show up here! I’m still hoping the DVD’s will come out.
