I’m really starting off this TOP program bad! I missed yesterday’s weigh in as did my wife due to my mother-in-laws kidney condition.
However, on my house scales, it says I lost 3 lbs. I want to believe that because I do feel like I lost weight. But we all know your body can trick you into believing you lost weight, but the scales don’t lie! So I’ll stay optimistic until I can get back to my TOPS meetings.
Would you like to recieve Don’s Biggest Loser Blog via email or on your browser each time a new post is made? Well, according to the number of emails I’ve received, many of you would.
I have several blogs I read frequently, as I’m sure you do. I hated trying to remember the url’s to each blog, or filling up a Favorites folder. I looked into RSS but really didn’t want to install another program.
Say “Fast Food” to many Americans and it conjures up a picture of a cheap, greasy burger, fries and a huge soft drink. This doesn’t have to be so!
I think I’m like the average American. I get up early to get ready for the day. I normally have work left over from the previous evening that I finish before heading out in the morning. Since I’ve been working on losing weight, I’ve started eating a small breakfast at home, normally a 300 calorie or less breakfast.
The Biggest Loser Show this week started out kinda cheesy in my opinion. The Teams ran up to the Gym only to find chains and padlocks on the doors. Somehow you knew this was going to be a weird week.
Well, due to an early appointment, I was unable to make it to the TOPS meeting this week. However, my wife did attend and posted a 1 lb weight loss.
I was disappointed because I felt like I had lost some weight. Neither of us really got to work out like we wanted, however we are doing better with our diets. Yes, we do “splurge” every once in a while and have something we really want, like a Mexican dinner.
