The Biggest Loser Show Recaps PLUS Helpful Tips To Lose Weight

Weekend Weight Loss

I don’t know about the rest of you, but weekends are the toughest for weight loss as far as I’m concerned.

It’s normally a time of a big breakfast on Saturday morning and at least one cookout either Saturday or Sunday.

I’ve fought long and hard with the weekends. It’s been a challenge to stay with my current diet plan, but I’ve managed, well sometimes.

You can always tell which team or individual will be the loser if you’ve watched reality TV long enough. Can’t you?

It’s always the team or person the TV shows running their mouth the most.

You know if the individual is saying “I feel secure, they won’t vote me off the Island this week”, they are on their way out.

Weight Loss Pet Peeves?

Well, other than the obvious of being overweight, what is your pet peeve.

Mine? Well for one, it’s normal size models modeling clothes in Big & Tall catalogs. I understand from my wife that it’s even more so a problem with women.

Another one of my pet peeves is this; as I get smaller, I have to work harder to burn calories! This just doesn’t seem right! I understand how it works, but I don’t like it.

I waited for the Premier of The Biggest Loser all year. Finally, last night was the first show.

I had wondered how they would manage 50 contestants. The more I thought about it, the more I thought they would have a huge elimination round and cut the field down to 12 or so.

I was close, real close. No elimination round, the trainers just picked 14 people from 50. (7 for each side)

I had a fat day!

Whenever I go off my diet plan (for a lack of a better word at this moment), I call them fat days. I had fat day today!

I didn’t plan on it. As it usually does, it just snuck up on me.

I started the day off good. A Palm Beach SW Burrito and a cup of coffee.
