I just finished my 12 week body transformation program. With whom I consider The God of Fitness as far as am concern. This guy combines exercise science and sound nutrition like noone else. I signed up at his private Studio at 210 lbs 53% body fat walked out last week at 152.5 lbs.
His portion control calorie diet and physical fitness methods are the best. He has a sick ways to evaluate each individual's single body frame like noone I ever seen.
He is a busy trainer and unfortunately cannot do 5:30 am with me anylonger due to his extend waiting list of people for morning time.
Am looking for walking support groups in my area. While he cleans his schedulle so I can do more training with him.
I am in Morris County NJ?
Any suggestions about walking groups?
